Ordering Information

To place an order, please use my convenient online shopping cart. Simply click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item. You can then check out or continue shopping and add products to your cart. Upon checkout, you will create an account that will store your personal information (ie. name, email and shipping address), so the next time you shop with us, all you will have to do is log into your account when you place your order. Please Note: For your security, I do NOT store any payment information, so you will need to re-enter that the next time you shop with us. Please note that you must have a tax id number in order to purchase our product from this website.
Please make sure you sign up to be on our mailing list to receive specials. Please note: Percentage offers on orders(%) may not be combined with items that are on sale.

We must receive the payment prior to shipping. We don't not charge credit cards until the day we ship the product.

Please email us to see if you qualify for a 30 day account. You must be an exisiting customer with credit refrences.

All orders under $100.00 are subject to a $6.00 drop ship fee per item.

We always ship as soon as possible 1-4 business days if items are in stock, however; with special orders and in our busy spring and fall seasons we do require a two-three week turn around. We will notify you in this case.

*All shipping charges will be added to your final invoice upon shipping.

RETURN POLICY

We strive for 100% satisfaction! If you are unhappy with the quality or performance of our products, please contact me within 2 weeks of your purchase and I will be happy to remedy the problem. Shipping charges are not included on any returns. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Sorry....no cash refunds will be given, only store credit.
